On a trip to Florida my truck decided Shippensburg was where it would have an issue. It's a largish truck and a lot of shops wont work on it. Not to mention, I am out of town, on the road and traveling. This normally means that you are about to get screwed, and without a smile at the end. I spoke to them and was told to bring the truck over and they would make room. Boy did they. Pulled one off the lift and rolled mine right in. Immediately started pulling it apart to find the culprit in the rear end. Now, that was the easy part. 🙂 The rest of the day was spent trying to find the parts. It most definitely was not easy, hundreds of websites and phone calls later on everyone's part and voila. I think the last set of gears in the country that I needed were on their way. As of this writing the truck is still in the shop waiting for parts and consuming very valuable lift space. Not only are they understanding, but they have been the most accommodating business owners I have ever dealt with. They took a really bad experience and made it something positive. If you live in the area, this is where you want to bring your vehicles. There is no question in my mind. Very easy to see their dedication to the business and most of all their customers.
